Easter

This month the theme is Easter. So that's easy - make an Easter themed art doll and join in the fun. I am having trouble getting the news out about this new challenge blog, so if you're visiting, please tell your arty friends about it and let them know that EVERYONE is welcome to come along and join in the fun. The more the merrier, and the more different types of art dolls we see, the more inspiration for all of us. So don't be shy.

Getting to Know You

The first challenge of this brand new blog will be an exercise to get to know the participants. Simply post an example of one of your art dolls on your blog, with a link back to this blog. Then come and place a message in the comments area here so that participants can visit you blog and get to know you!

How It All Works

This is a challenge for everyone who loves art dolls. On the first day of each month a new challenge will be issued. Participants then make a doll from any medium, clay, cloth, paper, mixed media, assemblage - the list is endless. They then should place a pic of the doll on their own blog, with a direct link back to this one. Then they should leave a comment under the post for that challenge (within the current month) with a link back to their blog so that people can come and enjoy their creations.

Participants are also invited to be guest hosts for a month. That entails chosing a theme, making a doll and sending a pic to me at least two weeks before their challenge begins. It would also be nice if the hosts could visit the participants' blogs and leave a comment. If you are interested, I can be contacted by email here.
